The Seymour Collective

By establishing this Collective as concept and telling the stories of its members, I sought to elevate their role and humanise the experience of being introduced to this new building — helping potential buyers form a connection with it.

Inviting & aspirational

From the naming, to the descriptions of amenities, and hand-picked details, my task was to create a series of irresistible invitations to The Seymour for a discerning audience.
