Brand language

My job was to make sure everything we said sounded consistently like EE.

I started working with EE not long after it launched. With its playful and purposeful brand, and customer-centric products, EE caused a seismic shift in the mobile network market.

Working with the Head of Brand, product and service teams, and EE Marketing leaders, I wrote everything from print ads and campaigns, to UX copy, SMS messages, social media posts, and product names.

I got to write for EE during a decade when mobile phones and networks became central to customers lives - connecting their homes, connecting them with friends at music festivals, and providing the data to power their social media.
